Now mind you, I know and understand about the relieving of dealers for their break, but this was not the case, I complained and questioned with one of the pit managers and he informed that the Turning Stone uses the "rubber band" method of some sorts. When I returned I asked what happened to the dealer that had been dealing to me prior to my restroom break and the response that they often change dealers that way. I was playing the dealer head up on the $100 blackjack table. The next thing that caught my attention while playing in the High Limit our was that they switched my dealer while I went to take a rest room break. The first thing that I noticed is the unusual shuffle method that the dealers use is very unorthodox when compared to most other casinos. casinos, Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun, MGM, Hard Rock, Win Star in Oklahoma and etc. Let me just say that as a player who loves to play jack to other players, don't even think about playing the tables at the "Stone"!! I have played at various other U.S. I had heard about the Turning Stone over the years, but had never gotten a chance to try it until a few days ago while attending a business conference in Syracuse.
